R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT :
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to enter
into a contract with Kohler & Kohler Engineers for engineering
services for the design and construction of the Phelan Boulevard
Extension Project, which provides for construction of a four lane
divided facility extending from Dowlen Road to Major Drive with an
engineering fee not to exceed $280,000.00.
