R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on April 14, 1981 , the City of Beaumont entered
into a contract with Olshan Demolishing Co. , Inc. for the
demolition and removal work of the former United Appeals Building
at 650 Main Street; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to make
final payment in the amount of $19 ,880.00 to Olshan Demolishing
Co. , Inc. for the demolition and removal work of the former United
Appeals Building at 650 Main Street.
