R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on October 14 , 1980 , the City of Beaumont
entered into a contract with Gary Clark Contractor, Inc. for
construction of Tyrrell Park Rest Room Facilities and Picnic
Shelters; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the contract;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the improvements to the Tyrrell Park Rest Room Facilities and
Picnic Shelters are hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to make final payment to Gary Clark Contractor, Inc.
in the amount of $8,650.32.
