WHEREAS, the following easements were required for storm
sewer extension in Census Tract S ;
1. The South ten feet (101 ) of Lots 1 and 2 ,
Block 7 , North End Addition. Owners: James
A . Dickson, Jr. and William S. Dickson.
Price: $250.00;
2 . The South five feet (51 ) of Lot 3 , Block
7 , North End Addition. Owners: Beaumont
Independent School District and the City
of Beaumont (Sheriff' s Sale) ;
3 . The South five feet (51 ) of Lot 4 , Block 7 ,
North End Addition. Owners: Elizabeth
Malveaux Estate. Price: $75.00 ;
4 . The South five feet (51 ) of Lot 5 , Block 7 ,
North End Addition. Owner: Joe Edward
Lowe. Price: $75.00 ;
5 . The South five feet (51 ) of Lot 6 , Block 7 ,
North End Addition. Owners: Taylor Battle
and Bessie Battle. Price: $75.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purposes of
said easements and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said
easements for storm sewer extension in Census Tract 8 is necessary
and desirable and that same should be accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easements tendered to the City of Beaumont be, and the
same are hereby , in all things accepted.
