R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager of the City of Beaumont be, and he is
hereby , authorized to execute an agreement with the State of Texas
for the installation, construction, assistance, use, operation and
maintenance of a highway advisory radio system within the City
Limits of the City of Beaumont.
