BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to pay Mobil
Pipeline Company the actual cost for the adjustment of a 10-inch
Mobil pipeline which 'crosses Sarah Street at an approximate cost of
$36,878.00.
