R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont requested bids for an
official depository for the City of Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
application submitted by Texas Commerce Bank of Beaumont offers
favorable terms and conditions for the City of Beaumont and should
be accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT :
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute
on behalf of the City of Beaumont a depository agreement with the
said Texas Commerce Bank of Beaumont, Texas, for the two (2) year
period October 1 , 1981 - September 30, 1983•
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
