R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the owner of E & J Investments & Builders, Inc.
has conveyed to the City the West 5 feet of Lot 17, Block 2,
Wescalder Fig Acres for right of way purposes for the widening of
Wooten Road; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of
said right of way and is of the opinion that the acceptance of
said right of way is necessary and desirable and that same should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT :
THAT said easement conveyed by the above named to the City of
Beaumont be, and the same is hereby , in all things accepted.
