R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on July 14 , 1981 the City of Beaumont entered
into a contract with Troy Dodson Construction Company for Census
Tract 8 , HUD No . B-79-MC-48-0003 construction; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been recommended to
replace a badly deteriorated sewer line on Lethia Street and to
provide cement stabilized backfill material for cross drainage
structures;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute
Change Order No. 1 to the contract with Troy Dodson Construction
Company , thereby increasing the contract amount by $47,915 .00 for
a total of $996,417 .50.
