BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to pay
Kinsel Ford, Inc. $5,658.78 for the purchase and installation of a
new diesel engine in a side loader used in solid waste collection.
This is an emergency purchase.
