WHEREAS, the City Council desires to continue the
Manpower Consortium Agreement between the City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County , Hardin County , and Orange Count; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approves the Fiscal Year 1982
Comprehensive Manpower Plan recommended by the Executive Committee
to serve the residents of the three-county South East Texas
Region:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
THAT the Manpower Consortium Agreement be amended to extend through
Fiscal Year 1982, and the City Manager be hereby authorized to sign
the Grant Agreement and all modifications thereto, on behalf of the
City of Beaumont.
