R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT :
THAT Resolution No . 81-243 adopted by the City Council on June 23,
1981 , awarding the bid for various brass pipe fittings to East
Texas Service Corporation in the amount of $7 ,210.00 , is hereby
rescinded and said bid is hereby awarded to Rohan Company in the
amount of $9,860.00.
