R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, agreements have been negotiated for the
purchase of various parcels of right-of-way for the Sarah Street
Project for their respective appraised values;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels are hereby authorized:
Parcel 3 : 0 .546 acre of land in the North one-
half of the J. W. Bullock Survey
(4 ,368.00) .
Parcel 8 : 705.7 square feet out of Lots 10
and 11 , Block 14 , Dixie Gardens
Addition, J. W. Bullock Survey
( 1 ,574.00) .
Parcel 6 : 970.82 square feet out of Lots 7
and 8 , Block 14, Dixie Gardens
Second Addition, J. W. Bullock
Survey ( 1 ,363.00) .
