WHEREAS, Terrence Leon and Tammy Holmes have conveyed a fifteen (15)foot
wide drainage easement to the City of Beaumont, being out of the Washington West
Addition, 0.07 acres of land out of Lots 3 and 4, Block 7, Washington West, Unit One
(9730 Arkansas), as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto;
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the conveyance of said tract and is
of the opinion that the delivery and receipt of said tract is necessary and desirable and that
same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the tract conveyed by Terrence Leon and Tammy Holmes is hereby in all things
accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 6th day of
January, 2004.
