R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, agreements have been negotiated for the
purchase of various parcels of right-of-way needed for the Sarah
Street Improvement Project and for their respective appraised
values;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels are hereby authorized:
Parcel 5 : 10, 134. 15 square feet out of the
North 112 of the J. W. Bullock Survey
for $2 ,537.00.
Parcel 13 : 579.37 square feet out of Lot 1 ,
Block 4 , Lincoln Terrace Addition
of the J. W. Bullock Survey for
$1 ,052.00.
Parcel 14 : 9 , 931 .05 square feet out of Lot 13
of the J . W. Bullock Survey for
$ 1 ,482.00.
