R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
purchase of a parcel of land needed for the Major Drive-Calder
Intersection Project for its appraised value ;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT :
THAT the purchase from Mr . Donald W. Donovan, Jr. of Parcel No.
157, the same being 4 ,574 square feet in Tract 148, City Plat SP-2
out of the H. Williams League to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County , Texas, is hereby authorized for the sum of $5,000.00.
