R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an agreement with the State of Texas, acting by and through its
Department of Public Safety and Department of Highways and Public
Transportation, for use of its Intoxilyzer instruments in the
City' s jail.
