BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an agreement with Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company
and Southern Pacific Transportation Company for construction and
maintenance of the pedestrian underpass from the Municipal Office
Complex to Riverfront Park.
