R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on April 28, 1980 , the City of Beaumont entered
into a contract with Natkin Service Company for heating and air
conditioning improvements at the Harvest Club; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the heating and air conditioning improvements are hereby
accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to make final
payment to Natkin Service Company in the amount of $19,612.00.
