R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, agreements have been negotiated for the
purchase of various parcels of right-of-way needed for street and
drainage improvement in Census Tract 23 under the CDBG Program for
their respective appraised values;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels are hereby authorized:
Parcel 3 : 6 , 224. 40 square feet out of Lot 1,
Block 1, Rosemont Addition for
$6,000. 00.
Parcel 4A: 474 square feet out of Lot 18, Block
3 , Rosemont Addition for $120. 00.
Parcel 13: 231.25 square feet out of City Tax
Tract 49 , Plat B-10, J. W. Bullock
Survey for $70.00.
