WHEREAS, agreements have been negotiated for the
purchase of various parcels of right-of-way needed for the Sarah
Street Improvement Project and for their respective appraised
values;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels are hereby authorized:
Parcel 1 : 3369. 25 square feet out of City
Plat B-17, Tract 83, J. W. Bullock
Survey for $1 ,677. 00.
Parcel 4 : 2,788. 58 square feet out of City
Plat B-17, Tract 181, J. W. Bullock
Survey for $2 ,076. 00.
Parcel 7 : 461.8 square feet out of J. W.
Bullock Survey for $1,071.00.
