R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to pay
Kinsel Ford, Inc. $5,658. 78 for the purchase and installation of a
new diesel engine in a dump truck used for hauling sand to cover
refuse at the landfill. This is considered an emergency purchase
because of the effect on the public health.
