BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
Deed Without Warranty to Cora Lewis for the sale of property held by
the City of Beaumont in trust for various taxing entities.
