R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on February 24, 1981, the City of Beaumont
entered into a contract with W. R. Boyd , Inc. for construction of
Project I of the 1981 Street Rehabilitation Program; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Project I of the 1981 Street Rehabilitation Program is hereby
accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to make final
payment to W. R. Boyd , Inc. in the amount of $41,786 .65.
