R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for a hangar door for the
Municipal Airport; and,
WHEREAS, Byram-Swaine Company submitted the only bid in
the amount of $52,444.00; and,
WHEREAS, said bid exceeded the amount budgeted for said
project and should be rejected;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Byram-Swaine Company in the amount of $52,444.00
for a hangar door be, and the same is hereby, rejected.
