WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing 50,000
traffic citations for Municipal Court; and,
WHEREAS, Rein Company of Beaumont submitted a bid in the
amount of $3 ,315.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Rein Company is the lowest and best bid received
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Rein Company in the amount of $3,315. 00 is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to make payment for same upon acceptable delivery.
