BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to pay
Thermal Supply Company of Beaumont, Inc. $1,918.79 for the
purchase of a 30-ton air conditioning compressor for the Civic
Center.
