WHEREAS, on March 24, 1981, the City of Beaumont entered
into a contract with Herman Myers, Inc. for the enclosure of a
storage shed at the Water Utilities Service Center; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the improvements to the storage shed are hereby accepted and
the City Manager is hereby authorized to make final payment to
Herman Myers, Inc. in the amount of $8, 036. 00.
