R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on May 19, 1981, the City of Beaumont entered
into a contract with Industrial Coatings of Beaumont, Inc. for
cleaning and painting of a 5 million gallon storage tank at Water
Well No . 1 in Loeb; and,
WHERE73, the project has been completed in accordance
with the contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the improvements to the storage tank at Water Well No . 1 in
Loeb are hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized
to make final payment to Industrial Coatings of Beaumont, Inc. in
the amount of $12,853. 00.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
