BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute
an amended amendment with the State Department of Highways and
Public Transportation for matching funds for the existing transit
grant thereby increasing total State funding from $367,000 to
$398,160.
