R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
purchase of a parcel of land needed for Spur 380 - Lamar Freeway
Project (82-B183-00475) for its appraised value;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase from Antoinette Josephine Modica Childs of
Parcel No . 26, the same being a 0 .1550 acre tract out of the David
Brown League, Abstract No . 5 to he City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, is hereby authorized for the sum of $18, 950. 00.
