WHEREAS, bids were received for a three (3) year contract for grounds
maintenance services at Tyrrell Park; and,
WHEREAS, Perfect Cut Lawn Care of Beaumont submitted a bid in the unit prices
shown below:

$325.63/cut $326.63/cut $326.63/cut $100/week $52,234.72
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Perfect Cut
Lawn Care of Beaumont for a three (3)year contract for grounds maintenance services at
Tyrrell Park should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL.OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Perfect Cut Lawn Care of Beaumont for a three (3) year
contract for grounds maintenance services at Tyrrell Park in the amounts shown above be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 6th day of
January, 2004.
