R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on May 19, 1981, the City of Beaumont entered
into a contract with Russ Miller Construction Company for the
construction of the 23rd Street Assessment Paving Project; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the 23rd Street Assessment Paving Project is hereby accepted
and the City Manager is hereby authorized to make final payment in
the amount of $957. 20 to Russ Miller Construction Company.
