R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a project for improvements to Brooks Road from Fannett Road
to Major Drive is hereby approved, and the City Manager be, and he
is hereby, authorized to enter into an agreement with Jefferson
County Precinct No . 4 for improvements to Brooks Road from Fannett
Road to Major Drive. This project is a joint City/County project
with the County furnishing labor and equipment and the City
furnishing materials . Cost of materials is estimated at
$80,000. 00.
