BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT' the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a Hold Harmless and Indemnity Agreement with Commercial Metals
Company , Southern Iron and Metal Division, to indemnify and hold
harmless Commercial Metals Company , Southern Iron and Metal
Division, from any claims, losses, expenses or demands which may
arise from the use of its property by the Beaumont Fire
Department.
