WHEREAS, on June 17 , 1981, bids were received for the
furnishing 40,000 one-way mailers for Municipal Court; and,
WHEREAS, Pix Graphic Arts submitted a bid in the
amount of $2 ,196.80; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Pix Graphic Arts is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Pix Graphic Arts in the amount of $2,196. 80 is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to make payment for said same upon acceptable
delivery .
