BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the proposed Downtown Beaumont Development/Adaptive Reuse
Program of the Central City Development Corporation is hereby
approved, and the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute a contract with Central City Development Corporation for
professional services in connection with this program.
