R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, agreements have been negotiated for the
purchase of two ( 2 ) parcels of land needed for the Phelan
Connector Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase from Evelyn Manning of Parcel No . 4, the same
being all of Lots 11 and 12, Block 39 of the Jarrett Addition to
the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, is hereby
authorized for the sum of $27,000. 00; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the purchase from Lois Ney
Szafir and Alyce Silver Ney of Parcel No. 5, the same being all of
Lots 7 , 8, 9, and 10, Block 39 of the Jarrett Addition to the City
of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, is hereby authorized for the
sum of $40, 500. 00.
