BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to pay the amount
of $2 ,431.00 to Westinghouse Electric Company for emergency
repairs to a ten million gallon raw sewage pump, which was the
lowest informal bid received.
