R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on June 23, 1981, bids were received for the
furnishing 250,000 water bill forms for the Water Commercial
Division; and,
WHEREAS, Rein Company of Beaumont submitted a bid in the
amount of $1 ,535. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Rein Company is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Rein Company in the amount of $1 ,535. 00 is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to make payment for said same upon acceptable
delivery.
