R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on April 29, 1981, bids were received for the
purchase of video equipment for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, Video Mart, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount
of $13, 356.67; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Video Mart, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Video Mart, Inc. in the amount of $13, 356. 67 is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to make payment for said video equipment upon
acceptable delivery .
