BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby , authorized to settle
out of court the suit styled the City of Beaumont v. J. S. Pinch-
back, et al (Cause No . 30927, Jefferson County Court at Law) for
the total amount of $4, 000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and he
is hereby , authorized to settle out of court the lawsuit styled
the City of Beaumont v. R. T. Pinchback, Jr., et al ( Cause No .
30925, Jefferson County Court at Law) for the total amount of
$18 ,000.00.
