BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an
amendment to the contract with Garrod and Associates to provide
engineering services for the Buford-Carroll Project. The
amendment would increase the scope of the contract to include
engineering services for the relocation of a 6-inch water line.
Said change will increase the amount specified for the lump sum
fees for basic services from $122, 000 to $126,000 and increase the
upper limit on total fees from $224,000 to $232,000.
