R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on March 10, 1981, the City of Beaumont entered
into a contract with Troy Dodson Construction Company for the
construction of the 1981 Street Rehabilitation Program, Project
II; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the 1981 Street Rehabilitation Program, Project II, is hereby
accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to mare final
payment in the amount of $139,636. 28 to Troy Dodson Construction
Company.
