R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing 85,000
offense report forms for the Police Department and 50,000 parking
citation forms for the Municipal Court; and,
WHEREAS, Pix Graphic Arts submitted a bid in the amount
of $6,434.70 for 85,000 offense report forms, and Gulf Coast
Business Forms , Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $1,183. 50
for 50,000 parking citation forms; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bids submitted by Pix Graphic Arts and Gulf Coast Business Forms ,
Inc. are the lowest and best bids and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids of Pix Graphic Arts in the amount of $6,434.70 for
85,000 offense report forms and Gulf Coast Business Forms, Inc. in
the amount of $1 ,183. 50 for 50,000 parking citation forms are
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to make payment for said report forms upon
acceptable delivery .
