BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to pay the amount
of $1 ,635. 00 to S & S Enterprises, Inc. for repair of the
Harvest Club canopy, which was the lowest and best bid
received .
