R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, informal bids were received for furnishing
labor and material for repairs to the roof of the old Central Fire
Station; and,
WHEREAS H. H. Sanders and Sons, Inc. submitted a bid in
the amount of $1,995.60; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by H. H. Sanders and Sons, Inc. is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of H. H. Sanders and Sons, Inc. is hereby accepted by
the City of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute a contract with H. H. Sanders and Sons, Inc. in the amount
of $1 ,995. 60 for labor and material for roof repairs to the old
Central Fire Station.
