R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to pay the amount of
$3,167. 00 to Carrier of Houston for the emergency purchase of a
replacement compressor for the Police Building air conditioning
system.
