R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an
amendment to the contract with Garrod and Associates to provide
engineering services for the Sarah Street TIP Project. The
amendment would increase the scope of the contract to include
engineering services for a 10-inch sewer main and a 6-inch water
line along the proposed section of Sarah from Fatima to Fannett
Road, a distance of approximately 2, 105 feet. Said change will
increase the amount specified for the lump sum fees for basic
services from $75,000 to $80, 000 and increase the upper limit on
total fees from $140,000 to $ 150, 000.
