R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the developer of Ferguson Development Park , the
same being Clearwater Court from IH-10 East Frontage Road south
approximately 1150 feet to its dead end , has completed the water,
sanitary sewer, storm sewer and paving improvements ; and,
WHEREAS the developer of said addition desires to have
these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Directors of the Public Works and Water
Utilities Departments recommend that said improvements qualify for
acceptance for permanent maintenance , and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and
maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and paving improvements
in the Ferguson Development Park , as above described be, and the
same are hereby , accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be
continuously maintained by the City.
